Journal of Indonesian Comparative of Syari'ah Law (JICL) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that aims to provide a reputable international platform for scholarly research in the areas of legal thought and legal comparison, with a particular focus on Islamic Law, Positif Law, and Customary Law.
